Description: Live in Their World (LITW) is a program to help employees develop more respectful ways to interact with each other. We use proprietary, research-backed training techniques and immersive technologies such as VR to foster deeper understanding of why colleagues from different demographic groups may experience certain interactions as microaggressions.
